Why follow?

My blog… I started many years ago but my writing has changed since my husband passed away November 2015.  I see a completely different view of ideas, thoughts and feelings.  I do not only write about strength & conditioning but I have started to learn more towards the shit show of life.  As I mention, this blog is about Exercise, life slaps and sharing!  I want to share what most people don’t speak about.  I want so share the good, the bad and the ugly.  I want to encourage others to share their stories and laugh at mine.

This is about rolling along in the shit show.  Rolling along in the laughs and the good times.  Rolling along in the lessons and life slaps!

I have no idea where I will end up but I do know one thing……

Life is too short!  I can promise you that!
